PERSONAL TRAINING
Your Free Consultation is a great way for us to get to know you and gain a deeper understanding of your fitness history and what you would like to gain from your Personal Training experience with Moor Strength. This induction period will give you the opportunity to meet your trainer Beth for a 40 minute free session where you'll have the chance to discuss your aims in greater detail, whether that's to loose weight, reach new fitness levels or build in confidence, Moor Strength would love to help you on your fitness journey.

CLASSES
Group and Personal Training sessions are designed to push you to your maximum and tailored to all ages. We want to reframe your view of exercise, training alongside like-minded people, building confidence and setting long term transformational goals.

MOOR STRENGTH INTERVALS
A short, intense but friendly session that will push you to you maximum and get you sweating no matter where you are on your fitness journey. A fun mixture of cardio, functional movement and strength training workouts.

MOOR STRENGTH SUPER MUMS
Mum & baby workout to leave you feeling energised and positive for the week ahead. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

Moor Strength Super Mums fitness sessions are designed to increase strength, improve fitness, socialise with other mums and address post-natal postural issues. Get your heart rate up, boost your confidence and get those endorphins flowing alongside other mums and baby's.

All classes can be adapted to a level that suits you depending on where you are in your postnatal journey.

MOOR STRENGTH KEEP ACTIVE
A fun variety of carefully tailored workouts for aged 60 years and over. The Keep Active fitness sessions are designed to increase your fitness levels, flexibility, strength and boost your confidence. All workouts address key areas of ageing gracefully, exercising alongside like-minded people and boosting energy levels.
All fitness levels and abilities welcome. Session can be adapted for medical conditions such as Arthritis, if cleared by your doctor.
